The customer was interested in deli cold brew machine 100L and 500L version,we had lots of conversations by email and whatsapp back and forth,this customer is very rigorous and cautious,and he is very professional on the cold brew system,he asked us lots of technical questions.
We tested and brewed a batch on-site together according to his desirable TDS 3%-4%,he observed the running status of cold brew machine very carefully,and discuss technical and data issues with us.
Deli Machinery has lots of customers in his country already,he will be the new one again.
He finally proceeds with C-H-KW-100P our cold brew and hot brew hybrid combined machine,he would like to do some lab tests,explore and develop some their own recipes firstly,then next to purchase larger coffee brewing system again,this strategy is reasonable.
