Coffee mixing tank or blending tank is an industrial stainless steel vessel that equipped with kind of mechanical agitator(in most cases,electric drive motorized paddles) that use to mix or blend,emulsify,dissolve liquids,powders,additives etc into uniform mixtures.
The food-grade stainless steel mixing tanks realize efficient liquid homogenization for coffee drinks and other beverage formulations. Fabricated from SUS304 or optional SUS316L stainless steel, these tanks feature mirror polished inner walls to reduce material adhesion and simplify cleaning. Equipped with customized stirring impellers, they evenly blend coffee base, sugar, additives and purified water to achieve uniform concentration. Optional jacket structure supports heating or cooling during mixing to protect heat-sensitive coffee flavor. Volume ranges from 50L to 25000L for lab testing, pilot runs and mass production. Configurable accessories include manholes, sight glasses, temperature sensors and discharge outlets, perfectly integrated into beverage production lines.

The single-stage emulsifier pump is a highly efficient single-stage emulsifier product that integrates mixing, dispersion, fragmentation, dissolution, fine processing, depolymerization, homogenization, and emulsification. Its main working components consist of a stator and a rotor.
The single-stage emulsifier pump utilizes the high tangential speed generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor and the strong mechanical effect brought about by high-frequency mechanical action. This enables the material to be subjected to intense mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal compression, liquid layer friction, impact tearing, and turbulence within the narrow gap between the stator and rotor. As a result, immiscible solid, liquid, and gas phases are uniformly and finely dispersed and emulsified under the joint action of the corresponding mature process and appropriate additives. Through the frequent cyclic process, a stable high-quality product is ultimately obtained.
