Do I need disposable filters?

For the first filter-wedge wire false bottom
Typicall we are using 200micron as the filter rating in the extraction tank,we are using premium stainless steel wedge wire false bottom with the V-shape design that prevents clogging and promotes efficient liquid flow,this allows liquid to pass through the false bottom easily without trapping solid particles that easily fall through the widening gaps instead of getting wedged.
Generally speaking,the first filter is permanent lifespan - unless damaged by human factors (such as vacuum pressure damage it)
You just need to clean the first filter will be ok after each batch brewing.
For smaller system less than 500L,you can use water gun to clean it,of course the first filter is detachable.
For larger system more than 500L,we design and set up bottom cip balls cleaning under the first filter,you are able to clean it by using pump from bottom flushing,or by water gun from top,the first filter is detachable as well.
Secondary filter and third filter
In order to you will get a more clear coffee liquid,we design and install a second filter and a third filter to perfect the whole filtration efficiency.
For smaller system less than 200L,the filter cores of second and third filters are permanent lifespan,reusable(not include the human damage),these filter cores are made of high quality food grade materials-stainless steel 304,no need to replace them but have to clean them after each brewing.
For larger system more than 200L,we are using bag filters.
These filter bags can be reusable,but you have to replace them regularly,they are not permanent lifespan.
Once you can not clean them well,you need to replace them,these filter bags are global standard,you can easily to source them locally,these filter bags are cheaper everywhere,so you can run our cold brew system at a lower operation cost.
