Coffee holding tanks or conditioning tanks,also called storage tank or buffer tank,is a stainless steel vessel that used in commercial or industrial coffee production to temporarily store large quanlities of hot brew coffee,cold brew coffee,or coffee extracted liquid before serving,packaging,canning,kegging.

The vessel features with cooling jacket or heating jacket,it allows large volume of coffee to be mixed and kept uniform before being bottled,canned or transferred to draft system.
