Description
The outer helical disc rotates in a certain direction, pushing the material from both ends towards the middle. The inner helical disc pushes the material from the middle towards both ends. The different angles and directions of the helical blades cause the material to flow in different directions. Through continuous convection and shearing mixing, the material is rapidly mixed. The bottom center of the horizontal cylinder of the mixer has an outlet. The vortex structure of the outer spiral disc cooperates with the rotation direction of the main shaft to drive the material on the inner side of the cylinder to the middle outlet, ensuring that there are no dead corners for material discharge within the cylinder.
