The special-shaped bag packaging machine is an automated packaging equipment designed for special-shaped self-standing bags or flat bags. It can complete the entire process of film rolling for bag making, opening of pre-made bags, filling, and sealing.

This product is a mobile type sealing and filling machine. It performs equal-pressure filling under sealed conditions. This machine features automatic tank loading, tank cleaning, tank blowing, nitrogen gas or liquid replacement, filling, foaming stimulation, automatic lid dropping, sealing, and tank body rinsing. It adopts high-precision fully electronic filling valves, PLC automatic control for filling, and CIP automatic cleaning. It can be lifted and changed in one operation.

Storage suggestions for cold brew coffee: Use a pressurized container for refrigeration. Refrigeration at low temperatures helps slow down bacterial growth and promotes a slow and controlled fermentation. Un diluted concentrated liquid can be stored for 7-10 days, while diluted liquid can be kept for only 3-4 days.
Light protection suggestion: A double-layer light-proof container can reduce the damage to flavor substances caused by ultraviolet rays.
Temperature control: Refrigeration should be maintained below 4℃. Temperature fluctuations exceeding ±2℃ will cause oil separation and flavor deterioration.
