The mixing tank is a vertical tank in which the agitator mixes the material to meet to the technical standard.
The mixing tank adopts vertical circular tanks,both of top and bottom are standard oval and torispherical head.Transition section in tank uses circular arc transition without dead corner,easy to clean.
Single layer,double layers(insulation for tank and bottom)is equipped with mechanical stirring according to customers’requirement.
The mixing tank is mainly used in beverage production for the mixing, stirring, blending and emulsification of raw materials. It is the core equipment that enables uniform mixing through the combination of stainless steel tank bodies and stirring devices.
Structural composition: It is mainly composed of a stainless steel tank, a stirring device, and a transmission device. Accessories such as heating, insulation, sealing, sight glass, and liquid level gauge can be added according to the process requirements.
Stirring forms are diverse: such as paddle type, anchor type, frame type, and spiral type, and some can also be equipped with a cutting-type stirring device to achieve material refinement.
