A coffee low-temperature vacuum concentrator is an industrial or laboratory system that removes water from liquid coffee extract under reduced atmospheric pressure.The evaporator | concentrator operates under vacuum conditions,allowing water to evaporate at temperatures below its atmospheric boiling point.

By lowering the operating pressure,the system drops the boiling point of water, allowing concentration to happen at mild temperatures-typically 45°C to 66°C or lower.

Vertical coffee extraction tank is designed,manufactured and inspected according to the pressurized vessel standard and the steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel standard,strictly meet with sanitary grade.

The vertical coffee extraction tank is domed top head round body tank,the bigger upper part provides large boiling room to process all materials without leakage.

Agitator or motorized paddles/rakes/plows provides evenly extraction and accelerated extraction.

The tank body is equipped with steam jacket(optional) with insulation,the inner tank is mirror polished,no dead corners,easy to clean.

There are many volumes for you to choose from 500L to 5000L,also it can be designed and customized according to the customers’requirements.

Pneumatic control self-locking type discharge door ensures no leakage and it is fast and safe under the sudden electricity off and gas off.

All connections adopt tri clamp fittings,inner tank use SS304 or SS316L,the inner surface will be mirror polished,outer surface will be brushed polish,sandblasted or according to customers’requirements.
